Abstract: Getting a job in today’s elite companies is hard as the companies become increasingly selective. Having a great GPA, an outstanding thesis from an outstanding school is no longer enough as top companies become increasingly selective even as they confront growing numbers of applicants. How do you get noticed? How do you excel at the interview? In this talk, I will share my insights and tips into what top engineers should do to obtain the job with the company they seek.

Bio: Sridhar Ramakrishnan is the Founder of Milibo an invitation-only club of the top 5% of high tech professionals worldwide based in Silicon Valley, California. He was at HP before that in a variety of engineering & management roles.
